Sarah Silverman and the Great Schlep

To schlep is Jiddish and, yes, it comes from “schleppen” and means a long and difficult journey. The Jewish Council for Education and Research got comedienne Sarah Silverman to create this brilliant video to get young liberal Jews to convince their old conservative grandparents in Florida who think he is Muslim to vote for Obama. It seems to be working. Deborah Capras has also written about it in her brand-new blog at Business Spotlight.
