She might become “your new favorite singer“: From Miami Beach, Florida, Rachel Goodrich has been playing music and writing songs since age 12. Her instruments include the guitar, the ukulele, the piano, the xylophone, the kazoo … and spoons. Her MySpace page says her influences include Joni Mitchell, the Grateful Dead, Tiny Tim, Bob Dylan & The Band, Hank Williams, Leadbelly and Dr. Seuss (!). One of her songs is entitled “The black hole”, featuring the definitive line “Where did all the time go?” Where, indeed? Or “Little brass bear”, where she sings “Well, I ain’t never been out of the country before, but I like to say I’ve seen much more because it makes me sound intelligent and it makes me feel well-rounded…” and “I’ve got a shovel the size of a teacup and a dream as big as China. We can go far!” Hey, is she singing about you, too? Her album, Tinker Toys, is on iTunes. (Found: Kyle on Aurgasm)

The Dope Song
“It ain’t funny being sober.” Help is near: This song is dope!

straight dope: the true information; the full story. I want the straight dope. I can take it.
inside dope: what only insiders know; He gave me the inside dope.
to be a dope: ein Depp sein
to do dope, to take dope: Drogen nehmen; Only dopes do dope.
